The Firm’s Asset Services Group Has Grown its Florida Management Portfolio More Than 800 Percent in Less Than Five Years
TAMPA, FL, March 8, 2017 — Cushman & Wakefield announced today that its Florida Asset Services Group has secured the management rights to 33 buildings totaling 2.4 million square feet (MSF) throughout Central Florida. The buildings are spread over 16 sites and comprise a mix of industrial, office, flex and retail space.
These recent successes build on the tremendous momentum Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services Group has established in Florida since 2013. Today, a little over one year later, the statewide portfolio has increased dramatically to 43 MSF.
“Cushman & Wakefield has made a concerted effort to aggressively grow its Asset Services platform in the state of Florida,” said Tim Rivers, Senior Managing Director of Asset Services in Florida . “We’ve been able to increase our footprint significantly via merger, acquisition and dogged business development efforts.”
“The driving force behind this growth are the hundreds of incredible professionals who make up our Florida Asset Services Group,” added Rivers. “We’ve been able to assemble the top professionals in our industry, who consistently perform above and beyond, and property owners have taken notice.”
