Josh Tarkow and Barry Hanerfeld Have Secured a Long-Term, Full-Building Lease with a Fortune 500 Tenant in the Class A Facility at 10210 Windhorst Road
TAMPA, FL, March 10, 2017 — Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated a long-term, full-building lease with a Fortune 500 tenant in 10210 Windhorst Road, a 60,000-square-foot Class A call center.
Director Josh Tarkow and Senior Director Barry Hanerfeld represented Monsey, NY-based landlord 10210 Windhorst Blvd., LLC in the transaction. The building is now fully leased, just three months after Tarkow and Hanerfeld were awarded the assignment.
10210 Windhorst Road is a single-story, Class A call center developed in 2000. The building was expanded in 2002 and the 8.4-acre site it occupies can accommodate further growth.
The building offers an exceptional parking ratio of 9.48 spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet, a key card-secured lobby, abundant exterior glass and natural light, a full-service cafeteria with outdoor seating, a fitness center with locker rooms and showers, an 1,800-square-foot raised-floor IT room with a FM 200® fire suppression system, 11-foot ceilings, tilt-wall construction, one 10-foot by 10-foot electric loading door, a 400-square-foot mail room and two 500 kilowatt generators.
10210 Windhorst Road is located less than two miles south of Interstate 75’s Exit 260 interchange and less than one mile south of East Broadway Avenue (State Road 574). The building is less than one-quarter mile from a Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) bus stop on North Falkenburg Road.
