Chris Metzger, Richard F. Etner Jr., Christopher Thomson and Matthew G. McAllister represented Stimpson in the Sale of the Site
POMPANO BEACH, FL, August 15, 2019 — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated the sale of a ±9.2-acre industrial site in the 1800 Block of SW 13th Court.
The South Florida Industrial Brokerage Team of Chris Metzger, Richard F. Etner Jr., Christopher Thomson and Matthew G. McAllister represented Pompano Beach-based-Stimpson in the $9.551 million sale of the Broward County land ($1,038,152 per acre).
“Pompano Beach’s central location in South Florida’s Tri-County area has driven demand for developable land in the market to exceptional levels,” said Metzger. “This site is located at the narrowest point in Broward County between Interstate 95 and Florida’s Turnpike and sits at the entrance of the Sawgrass Expressway. From a pure logistics standpoint, there is no better location.”
The site is adjacent to Stimpson’s 278,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 1515 SW 13th Court, which produces the largest variety of standard and special eyelets of any single company in the world.
The eight-member South Florida Industrial team led by Metzger, Etner Jr. and Thomson has negotiated just over 5.5 million square feet of sale and lease transactions valued at more than $168 million to date in 2019. For more information, please visit www.southfloridaindustrialteam.com.
