Gordon Messinger and Ericka Witkowski were Selected to Lease Miami-Dade County’s Most Visible Corporate Headquarters Building
MIAMI, December 15, 2017 — Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Managing Director Gordon Messinger and Director Ericka Witkowski have been named exclusive leasing advisors for 5505 Waterford at Blue Lagoon, a ±213,000-square-foot Class A office building centrally located in Miami-Dade County.
5505 Waterford at Blue Lagoon was developed in 2002 on a ±9.7-acre site at 5505 Blue Lagoon Drive in Miami’s premier corporate office park, Waterford at Blue Lagoon.
