Cushman & Wakefield’s Anthony Librizzi Negotiated a ±36,000-Square-Foot Renewal and Expansion Lease With the Dietary Supplement Maker at the Palm Beach County Office Campus
PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL, October 19, 2017 — Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated a 36,096-square-foot office headquarters lease renewal and expansion with Garden of Life at Corporate Center at the Gardens in Palm Beach County.
Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director Anthony Librizzi secured the long-term renewal and expansion on behalf of New York-based building owner Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners. CBRE’s Kevin Probel and Kevin McCarthy represented Garden of Life.
Garden of Life expanded its presence in Building 4200 from 27,958 square feet to 36,096 square feet, an increase of 8,138 square feet. The additional space will allow for the company’s continued, organic growth and workplace plans for the future.
Garden of Life is the recognized leader and innovator in whole-food, science-based, USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified nutrition. The company offers more than 250 branded supplements designed to help people achieve extraordinary health.
Corporate Center at the Gardens comprises two buildings at 4200 and 4400 Northcorp Parkway in Palm Beach Gardens. The buildings are situated on a 6.2-acre parcel in PGA Professional Center. Building 4200 is a 95,065-square-foot, four-story structure built in 1996. Building 4400 is a 18,500-square-foot, two story structure built in 1999. The campus also features covered and garage parking.
Other notable tenants at Corporate Center at the Gardens include Oxford Global Resources, Olympus Insurance Company and Weiss Research, Inc. The campus is currently 100 percent occupied.
Corporate Center at the Gardens recently underwent an $8.8 million capital improvement campaign, which included extensive tenant improvements, HVAC upgrades, lobby renovations, common area build-outs, new restrooms, exterior site improvements, signage and a new roof on Building 4200.
Located along Interstate 95 just south of PGA Boulevard, Corporate Center at the Gardens offers excellent visibility and signage opportunities. The campus is surrounded by an affluent demographic base that supports neighboring country clubs, executive housing and high-end retail at The Gardens Mall and Downtown at the Gardens, among others.
