Julia Silva Rettig, Jessica Mizrahi, Mike Davis and Wendy Giffin Were Named Exclusive Leasing Advisors for Two Industrial Assets in Tampa and Clearwater
TAMPA, FL, April 28, 2017 — Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has been named exclusive leasing advisor for two Tampa Bay area industrial assets totaling 247,376 square feet.
Director Julia Silva Rettig, Associate Jessica Mizrahi and Executive Managing Director Mike Davis were retained by New York investor G&I IX to lease its recent acquisitions at 5806 North 53rd Street in Tampa and 5300 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater.
5806 North 53rd Street, also known as Hannah Distribution Center, is a 205,126-square-foot front-load industrial asset featuring 25- x 50-foot column spacing a building depth of ±200 feet and 28-foot clear heights. There is a 55,000-square-foot vacancy featuring six dock-high-doors with the potential to add four more; rail access; one rail door; ample parking; a wet-type sprinkler system; and 400-amp, 208-wye/120-volt three-phase power.
Hannah Distribution Center is situated between Interstate 275 and Interstate 4 in northeast Tampa. This location provides exceptional access for regional and state-wide distribution.
5300 Ulmerton Road is a 42,250-square-foot industrial/flex building featuring insulated metal and concrete block construction. The building has a ±20,000-square-foot vacancy in shell condition with frontage on Ulmerton Road. The 18-foot clear height can provide a potential user with higher ceiling build-outs to create a modern work place. A two-sided billboard is on the property to offer tenant advertisement opportunities. The team is adding the strength of Pinellas County expert, Director Wendy Giffin, to assist with this portion of the assignment.
5300 Ulmerton Road is centrally located in Pinellas County near the Howard Frankland Bridge (Interstate 275), providing easy access to the Gulf Coast communities and the Tampa MSA.
“Hannah Distribution Center and 5300 Ulmerton offer potential tenants the opportunity to occupy institutionally owned space in one of America’s hottest logistical markets,” said Silva Rettig. “Florida remains a target market for eCommerce vendors and demand for warehouse and distribution space like this continues to outpace supply.”
